How does the Gut Microbiome test Work?

The gut test uses 16s rRNA (ribosomal RNA sequencing) to identify the various bacterial groups that are present in an individual’s gut ecosystem. The goal of the test is to screen for biomarkers of brain and gut health.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds however if the test came damaged or got lost in the mail a replacement test can be sent. Additional fees may apply.

How long does it take to get the results?

Approximately 2 weeks from mailing out the sample.

My bundle includes result analysis. How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing a bundle that includes coaching, please send us an email to [email protected] with your full name, email, phone # and address and we schedule a time to go over results once you have submitted your sample.

How useful is this test for someone with anxiety and/or depression?

Is the Gut Test a diagnostic test?

Gut microbiome tests are generally not used as diagnostic tests by traditional doctors. However, it is a functional test that provides an array of valuable information that practitioners can learn from to support their clients.

Can I get a gut test shipped to me internationally?

As of now, we only ship to states within the US and Canada.

How long does it take for me to receive the gut test after I place an order?

It will take 3 to 6 business days.

What is contained in the test kit?

Collection tube with DNA preservation buffer, swab, return mailer with plastic bag, absorbent sheet and collection Instructions.

How long is the phone call to go over the results and what will i receive?

Approximately 45 minutes. The results will explain the different bacterial imbalances in the gut and you will be provided with nutritional recommendations and probiotic recommendations for your unique microbiome and you will receive a full report and overview of your gut test results.
